Nigerians Abroad: Musa, Igboun score as Yobo ends up on losing side

ENGLAND
Mikel Obi and Victor Moses were missing in the first Chelsea team of the season on Sunday as Hull City were hosted at Stamford Bridge. The Blues ran out comfortable 2-0 winners with Oscar and Frank Lampard getting the goals. Mikel is still troubled by a stomach bug while Moses got back to London late from South Africa where he played with the Super Eagles in the 2-0 win over South Africa in the Mandela Challenge last Wednesday.
Sone Aluko started for Hull City and played for 77 minutes. He had an 80% pass accuracy from 57 touches on the ball. He also successfully completed one dribble and made two good tackles as he doubled back to help his defenders. He was given a 6.2 rating.
CHAMPIONSHIP
Super Eagles defender, Danny Shittu was on for all 90 minutes as Millwall lost their third consecutive game in the new season to Huddersfield Town
Nedum Onuoha helped newly relegated Queens Park Rangers gain another three valuable points at home to Ipswich Town on Saturday. QPR are hoping to make an instant return to the Premiership
RUSSIA
Ahmed Musa scored in the 11th minute to lead CSKA Moscow to a 1-0 win over Kuban Krasnodar on Sunday. It was Musa’s third goal in five league matches. CSKA are joint league leaders with Spartak Moscow on 11 points.
Obinna Nsofor was an unused substitute as Locomotiv Moscow beat Terek Grozny 1-0 away from home.
UKRAINE
Brown Ideye and Lukman Haruna strated the match at home to Tavriya on the bench. Dynamo won 2-0 and Haruna came on for Miguel Veloso in the 66th minute while Ideye came on for Jeremie Lens in the 66th minute. Ideye, last season's highest goal scorer, is yet to score in the new season.
BELGIUM

Imoh Ezekielstarted for Standard Liege in their 1-0 win over OH Leuven on Saturday. The 19-year-old striker did not score and was substituted in the 64th minute by Michu Batshuayi. Standard won through an own goal by Ludovic Buysens.
Michael Uchebo was an unused substitute for Cercle Brugge as they won 2-0 at home to KV Oostende on Saturday. 
TURKEY


Joseph Yobo scored the first goal for Fenerbahce in the new 2013/14 season as he and Emmanuel Emenike started and played all 90 minutes in their 3-2 away loss to Konyaspor on Saturday. Yobo opened the scoring in the 16th minute and that lead was doubled in the 27th minute. The Yellow Canaries then went on to concede three goals in the last 13 minutes of the encounter.
Michael Eneramo started and played 90 inutes for new club, Besiktas in their 2-0 home win over Trabzonspor. Taye Taiwo was also on for 90 minutes as he made his league debut for Bursaspor as they lost 2-0 away to Eskisehirspor on Sunday at the Eskisehir Ataturk Stadium.
Isaac Promise started fior Antalyaspor in their 0-0 draw with Kayseri Erciyesspor. Promise played for 86 minutes before Emrah Bassan replaced him. There was no Kalu Uche for Kasimpasa as they lost 2-0 away to Karabukspor but Uche Kalu started for Rizespor in their 1-0 home win over Genclerbirligi. Eren Albayrak substituted him in the 69th minute.
NORWAY
Aalesund won 2-1 away against Tromso with Leke James getting the first goal in the 23rd minute. That was James' eighth goal in 20 league games. Akeem Latifu also played for Aalesund and he played the entire match.
Daniel Chima played for 57 minutes as Molde drew 1-1 with Odd. John Chibuike played all 90 minutes for Rosenborg in their 0-0 draw at home to Valerenga, who were without Fegor Ogude. Solomon Owello came on in the 46th minute for Start as they lost at home 2-1 to Haugesund, who had Ugonna Anyora in their starting line-up.
DENMARK
Sylvester Igboun scored again for FC Midtjylland as they hammered Brondby 5-2 on Friday. Igboun scored the first goal for his side in the 25th minute, equalizing a goal by Kenneth Zohore in the 22nd minute. Zunna Uzochukwu was the other Nigerian in the team and got yellow carded in the 83rd minute.
The 22-year-old Igboun has now scored three goals in five matches; Uzochukwu has no goals.
