Two officials and one player have been slapped with an indefinite ban from the game following their roles in match-fixing, while another has been banned provisionally
Fifa has issued three lifetime bans to officials and players throughout Europe for their respective roles in attempting to manipulate the outcome of football matches.
Two Armenian officials have been banned indefinitely by the international governing body for their involvement in attempting to fix a Europa League tie in July.
Inter Turku's clash with Vikingur was determined to have been compromised by referee Andranik Arsenyan and his assistant Hovhannes Avagyan, who admitted their involvement in a hearing with the Armenian Football Federation.
Fifa has also slapped Estonian player Elvis Liivamagi with a life-long ban from the game, a sanction which was initially handed down by his own federation earlier this month after being found guilty of match-fixing domestically.
Meanwhile, Lebanese referee Ali Sabbagh has been handed a provisional ban by the governing body until the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) conducts its own investigation into the official.
Sabbagh was convicted of match-fixing after it emerged he accepted sexual favours in return for manipulating certain matches, resulting in a six-month prison sentence in Singapore.
